Delivery time starts after order acceptance and includes a 24-hour processing period. During non-working days, it may take up to 72 hours to dispatch shipments.

You’ll receive an email notification if there’s a delay of more than 24 hours in preparing your order for shipping. After dispatch, shipping typically takes 3 to 4 working days.

The total cost of your order includes the price of the bag and shipping. Product prices on our website do not include taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your shipping country. These charges must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to provide the exact amount of these charges, so they are not included in our invoices. International shipping costs are determined by factors such as shipping method, volumetric weight of items, and destination.

To request a refund or return, please contact within 7 days of receiving your product. Tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Make sure the item that you are returning is in the exact condition as it was sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the items that do not comply with our policy – they will be returned to you.

If you opt for an exchange, please note that you are responsible for covering the shipment costs for both the return and the replacement item. Kindly specify your desired product for exchange. If the new item has a lower price, we will refund you the price difference. If the new item has a higher price, you will be charged accordingly.
